What this site is

ICOListingOnline.com is an independent directory and rating platform for cryptocurrency token sales — presales, ICOs, IDOs and IEOs. We publish information about third-party projects together with our own editorial score.

We are a publisher. We do not issue tokens, operate sales, hold funds, act as a broker, exchange or custodian, or take any part in a transaction between you and a listed project.

Our ratings are editorial opinion based on the criteria we publish. A high score is not a prediction of price, a guarantee of delivery, or an assurance that a project is safe or legitimate.

Most listing information originates from the projects themselves. We verify what we reasonably can and reject submissions that fail our checks, but we cannot independently confirm every claim, and information changes after publication.

Advertising and paid placement

We earn revenue from advertising, sponsored articles and paid listing placement. Paid content is labelled, and links in sponsored placements are marked so search engines do not treat them as endorsements.

Paid placement affects visibility only. It does not affect editorial scores, and it does not exempt a project from the standards that get listings rejected.

Where we link to a third-party site through a redirect, that redirect may add campaign parameters so the destination can attribute the visit. It does not track you across other websites.

Submitting a project

By submitting a project you confirm that you are authorised to do so, that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone's rights.

Submission is free and does not guarantee publication. We may decline, edit, or later remove any listing at our discretion — including a paid one — without owing an explanation.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, format and display the material you submit, including logos and descriptions, for the purpose of operating the site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to submit false or misleading information, impersonate anyone, scrape or bulk-copy content for a competing directory, interfere with the site's operation or security, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Intellectual property

The site's design, editorial copy, ratings methodology and compiled listings are our property or licensed to us. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions or reproduce the directory.

Project names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement in either direction.

The site links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, security, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
