Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

This policy explains what personal data ICOListingOnline.com collects, why, and what happens to it. We have written it to describe what the site genuinely does rather than to cover every hypothetical — if we add something that changes the picture, we will update this page.

The short version

  • We collect personal data only when you send it to us through a form.
  • Form submissions are emailed to our support inbox. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.
  • We use Google Analytics, and its cookies are only set if you accept them. We set no advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites.
  • Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page makes no request to a font provider.
  • Pages with a price ticker load it from CoinMarketCap, so your browser contacts them directly.
  • You can ask us to delete anything you have sent us.

What we collect, and when

Forms you choose to fill in

The contact form collects your name, email, chosen topic, an optional project URL and your message. The newsletter form collects your email. The presale submission form collects the project and token details you enter plus your email and a Telegram, WhatsApp or email contact. Nothing on this site requires an account.

Technical data attached to a submission

When you submit a form we record the IP address the request came from, the page you submitted from, and the time. This is included in the notification email and used to investigate abuse and spam. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

Anti-spam checks

Submissions pass through a hidden field bots tend to fill in, a check on how long the form was open, and a short-term rate limit that counts recent submissions per IP address in memory. That counter is transient and is not stored.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, URL, user agent — as part of operating and securing the service. These are retained under the provider's own schedule.

Third parties involved

Hosting

The site runs on Vercel, which processes request data as part of serving pages and maintaining security.

Email delivery

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a transactional email provider. Your submission passes through their systems in transit.

Analytics

Google Analytics is provided by Google, which acts as our processor for this data and may transfer it outside your country under its own safeguards. Google's handling of it is covered by Google's privacy policy, not ours.

Price ticker

Some pages carry a price marquee supplied by CoinMarketCap. The widget script is served from files.coinmarketcap.com and fetches live quotes directly, so your browser contacts CoinMarketCap and they will see your IP address and user agent. We receive nothing from it, and their handling of that request is covered by CoinMarketCap's own privacy policy.

Images loaded from other domains

Some project logos are served from third-party image hosts, including X's image CDN. Loading a page containing those images causes your browser to request them directly from that host, which will see your IP address and user agent. We are working toward self-hosting these.

Why we are allowed to process it

Where GDPR or a comparable regime applies: we rely on your consent for the newsletter and for analytics cookies, on steps taken at your request for form submissions and listing enquiries, and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure site for spam prevention and server logs.

How long we keep it

Form submissions live in our support inbox and are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted in routine clear-outs. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Rate-limit counters are held in memory for minutes and never written to disk. Google Analytics data is retained on Google's systems under the retention period configured in our property.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Email support@icolistingonline.com and we will respond within one month. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also just ask us to remove you.

If you are in the UK or EU and think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to the support inbox is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
